Why We Exist.
SB56, SB86 and HB198 are just the start. These bills would ban or restrict the very products that help Ohioans sleep better, manage stress, and stay off harmful pills, all while handing the market to corporate dispensaries.We believe hemp businesses have the right to fair rules, not targeted crackdowns. We believe customers deserve access, not confusion. And we believe lawmakers should hear from real people, not just powerful lobbyists behind closed doors.
